THE STYLE/SIZE/COLOR I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK! WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?
Luci Store offers products from various participating merchants so we cannot really say when the items will be back again. But you can always let us know if there are certain products that you want and we'll be more than happy to double check for you!
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All items in our store may take 2 to 4 days to process.
Orders typically ship within 10 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an 1 to 3 weeks. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Orders typically ship within 10 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an 1 to 3 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 20 business days (domestic) and 30 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

8. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies. You still may be subjected to duties and taxes at the Customs in the event your parcel is being withheld there.
